FLORAL PARK, NY—September 5, 2000--CreditRiskMonitor.com, Inc. (Symbol: CRMZ) announced that it was notified on August 30, 2000 of the resignation of its independent public accountants, Clifton Gunderson L.L.C.

This resignation was the result of Clifton Gunderson's decision to stop providing accounting and auditing services for SEC registrants and not as the result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.

Clifton Gunderson's report on the Company's consolidated financial statements for the past two years contained no adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, nor was it qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope or accounting principles.
